- Diploma in Wellness and Relaxation Massage (level 5, with Excellence), New Zealand College of Massage, Christchurch 2018
- Hands On Manual Lymphatic Drainage Course, Christchurch 2020

Background
Zoe graduated in 2019 with Excellence in a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy. Her influence in massage comes from her passion for pole fitness and aerial arts. During her own fitness training she spent a lot of time watching how others were moving their bodies with flexibility, strength and grace. She realized that the balance of strength and movement is important or everyday functionality of normal movements, as well as the high expectations athletes have on their bodies. Due to her own past injuries and recovery she has found massage therapy is a way of finding balance for functional movement.
She also holds a Bachelor for Arts from the Canterbury University where she graduated in 2015. For this degree she majored in English with a minor in Classical Studies and Psychology. She enjoys figuring out the Psychology behind people's movements and helping them understand how to move better. In the future she would like to pursue a postgraduate study in English literature.
Other than pole fitness she enjoys reading, travelling and cats.

Whilst she has a love for working with athletes, the benefits of receiving massage to correct muscle imbalances and relieve pain is something all people can benefit from.
