Client Testimonials
After weeks of agonising pain with Bursitis in my left hip and two doctors unable to give me any relief at all. I came to the Hands On Clinic where the team worked on me with Lymphatic Drainage and Ice treatment. After one session I felt an immediate improvement and now after sessions, I'm able to walk most times completely free of pain. It has saved my sanity in getting me back to normal. I would recommend the Hands On Clinic and their great serviceFay Andreassend Lymphatic Drainage
I've been receiving massage from Hands On since early 2014. The team has provided the highest quality of massage, especially during my period of injury when I prepared for the Olympic Games in Rio 2016. They have helped me perform on the international stage. I have received treatments in between my tournaments and during the 2014 Commonwealth games and the 2016 Olympics gamesSam Dickson NZ All Blacks Rugby Sevens player, Olympic Games Rio de Jeneiro 2016
Massage therapy with Hands On is part of my weekly triathlon program. Weekly massage keeps me one step ahead of my competitors. Regular massage relieves muscle tightness which develops throughout each week from all the hours of training. I am very lucky and grateful to have found such a wonderful and skilful massage teamAndrea Hewitt New Zealand Triathlete, 5x World Triathlon Championships medallist, Olympic Games Rio de Jeneiro 2016

Since I injured my ACL in 2006, I struggled to regain strength and over compensated with my other leg. The Hands On Team helped me with massage to release my hips and quads which allowed me not only to recover quickly, but also to be able to train to my potential and perform to my optimal best. This hugely contributed to a good performance out on the hockey fieldKayla Whitelock NZ Womens Blacksticks Captain, Olympic Games Rio de Jeneiro 2016
